    Ingredients:

    • 400g canned chicken, drained
    • 1 large egg
    • 50g almond flour
    • 30g grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:
