• Air Fryer Kofta Kebabs Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 500g minced lamb or beef
    • 1 onion, finely grated
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 tsp ground coriander
    • ½ tsp paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
    • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

    Instructions:

    1. In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, onion, garlic, spices, and fresh herbs. Mix well until fully incorporated.
    2. Divide the mixture into even portions and mould each into a kebab shape around the skewers.
    3. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
