    Begin by pressing firm tofu to remove excess moisture – this step is crucial for achieving that desired crispiness. Once drained, cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and toss them in a bowl with a splash of soy sauce, a drizzle of sesame oil, and a sprinkle of cornstarch.
