Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
These delightful air fryer stuffed mushrooms are the perfect appetiser for any gathering. With their crispy exteriors and savoury fillings, they’re sure to impress your guests. Start by selecting large, fresh button or portobello mushrooms, as they'll hold the stuffing beautifully.
For the filling, combine cream cheese, grated parmesan, and finely chopped garlic with fresh herbs like parsley and thyme. A sprinkle of breadcrumbs will add a lovely crunch. Gently stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture, pressing it down slightly to ensure it’s well packed.
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the basket. Cook for around 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbling. The result is a mouth-watering bite that’s not only easy to make but also healthier than traditional frying. Serve them warm, and watch as they disappear off the platter!
