    To begin, gather your ingredients: three overripe bananas, 125 grams of unsalted butter, 150 grams of caster sugar, two large eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, 200 grams of plain flour, a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, and a generous handful of chocolate chips.
