Moist Lemon Cake Recipe: Homemade Starbucks Lemon Loaf

- 225g all-purpose flour
- 200g granulated sugar
- 120ml whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 120ml vegetable oil
- The zest of 2 unwaxed lemons
- 80ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
